Illustrated is a series of residential projects developed while working with  Stuart Forbes Associates and recent work under my own company erta creates.

 

These include:​

Townhouses refurbishment, rear extensions, below rear garden basements, New Town Houses and medium-sized residential block of Flats, Private Houses Competitions.

My role ranges from evaluating the viability of purchasing Plots of land in view to build, Site Analysis and Constraints, Preliminary Sketch Proposals, Client Presentation.

 

Planning Applications Documentation and Submission to Local authorities. Liaison with other appointed Consultants, and Local residents Consultations and Presentations.

Tender and Construction documents preparation, Building Contracts advice, Site Construction Supervision, Contract Administrator.
